- Rates include all utilities. 5%/week of our propane tank (200 gal) is allowed for spa use. We'll deduct additional use from your deposit.
- Rates are for up to 4 guests. 6 is our maximum. Each additional guest over 4 in group is $10/person per night. We can occasionally accomodate 8 people if two are very small children who can share beds or sleep in cribs you bring.
- Pet policy. We occasionally allow small dogs (we're allergic to cats, so we can't do that). We need to speak to you about your dog before we approve.
